No other candidate for Alameda County Superior Court can match Victoria Kolakowski’s depth of legal experience, engagement with our community, and commitment to diversity.
Over 21 Years Of Experience As An Administrative Law Judge And Attorney
• She presided over cases that reinforced California’s environmental laws and increased renewable energy
• As an attorney she argued before federal courts and recovered billions of dollars for consumers that had been lost during the California Energy Crisis
A Commitment to Diversity
• Founding officer of Equality California, the state’s largest LGBT advocacy group
• Fights for religious diversity and against racism with the California Council of Churches
• Only 29% Alameda County’s Superior Court judges are female, it’s time to add another experienced woman to the bench
• Would be only openly LGBT judge on Alameda County’s Superior Court and first elected openly transgender trial court judge in the U.S.
