• Over 20 years in water and wastewater engineering.
• Current Director at the Water District
• Current Finance decision maker at the Water District.

As your director, I worked with the Water District Team to restructure the Financial Plan to prevent potential problems in this down economy, while: sustaining some of the lowest rates in the region; expanding our Recycled Water Program; providing leadership for sustainable foresight, and providing an uninterrupted water service.
